Agreement

These Terms govern access to Konbit Haiti and NowSpent, products operated by Bailout Recovery Services LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Users who cannot legally agree to these Terms need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Acceptable use

You may not use Konbit Haiti to:

• Threaten, exploit, harass, discriminate against, or endanger another person or group.
• Commit fraud, impersonate others, create deceptive accounts, or misrepresent products and services.
• Post illegal content or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape without permission, or access another user's data.
• Sell prohibited or unsafe items or arrange unlawful transactions.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Konbit Haiti a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, translate, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the service according to your settings. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content.

Marketplace, freelance, and payments

Buyers, sellers, clients, and freelancers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, taxes, delivery, and performance of their transactions. NowSpent is currently a pre-production financial interface. Money transmission, custody, settlement, card issuance, lending, credit reporting, and underwriting are unavailable until the required licensed providers approve and activate those services. Additional provider terms, identity checks, fees, limits, and transaction rules will apply before launch. Konbit Haiti is not automatically a party to agreements between users.

Maps, safety, health, and public information

Map locations, routes, travel times, business details, emergency resources, government information, and health information can be incomplete or delayed. Verify critical information with the relevant provider. Konbit Haiti does not replace emergency services or professional medical, legal, financial, or government advice.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party authentication, hosting, mapping, communication, payment, transportation, ticketing, or other services. Their terms and policies may also apply, and their availability is outside Konbit Haiti's complete control.

Enforcement and termination

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service and request eligible account deletion.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all user or third-party information is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bailout Recovery Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact
