Our commitment

Konbit Haiti and NowSpent, operated by Bailout Recovery Services LLC, are designed to connect people with community, marketplace, work, mapping, and other services. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email, username, language, and profile photo.
• Profile preferences such as country, city or region, nationality, interests, and optional phone number.
• Content you choose to create, upload, save, share, or send through Konbit Haiti.
• Approximate or precise location only when you grant permission to a location feature.
• Device, security, diagnostic, and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
• Transaction details when approved payment features become available. Full payment-card numbers will be handled by authorized payment providers rather than stored directly by Konbit Haiti.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide requested features, personalize language and regional experiences, deliver messages and notifications, process transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with law.

Location and maps

Location access is optional and permission-based. If you decline, you may still search manually. Konbit Haiti does not publicly display your precise location unless you deliberately share it. Time-limited live-location sharing can be stopped by the user.

When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, mapping, communication, analytics, safety, and payments; with other users when you choose to publish or share; and when required to protect users, enforce our terms, or comply with legal obligations. Providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

Your choices and rights

You may update your profile and preferences, control device permissions, stop location sharing, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transactions, disputes, or law.

Data security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as legally required.

Children

Konbit Haiti is not directed to children under 13. Users who are not old enough to consent under the law where they live must use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

International use and updates

Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel, and the effective date will be revised.
